An iPhone app for Japanese professionals who use English at work ("can read English, but can't speak it").
- The app decides what to study each day: weak skills first, with Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking balanced over the week (15 to 90 minutes a day).
- All in one: vocabulary, grammar (junior high, high school and business courses), Reading, Listening, quick translation drills, AI conversation and TOEIC(R)-format practice with original questions.
- AI grades writing and speaking kindly: answers that get the message across are accepted, and every correction is explained in Japanese. Users can turn their own emails and agendas into practice scripts, rehearse meetings, give one-minute speeches, and practice 64 AI role-play scenes.
- Progress is shown as a CEFR-based level for each skill, with graduation tests to move up.
- No account needed. Learning records stay on the iPhone. Before voice or text is sent to AI, the app shows where it goes and asks for consent.

The app is designed around a system that can take in feedback from up to 2,000 subscribers through conversations with AI (a design target, not a current user count):
receive (in-app feedback, App Store reviews, TestFlight, support inquiries answered first by AI) -> sort (AI classifies type and priority) -> decide (a person approves anything that removes features, costs money or changes the experience significantly) -> build and verify (a team of role-specific AI agents; tests, build and automated UI tests on every change) -> deliver (content is served from the server; app updates are checked on TestFlight first).
AI grading changes are measured before and after with an evaluation set, and content pairs are checked by two separate AIs.
